Methodology
- Separate Service team of :
- One Supervisor
- Two Technician
- One Helper
To work 8.00PM to 8.00AM
- Separate Parts kit (of fast moving parts & oil) will be given to that team.
- Response would be reviewed on monthly bases and resources will be increased accordingly.
- Separate reporting format is given to night shift staff
- Manpower would be rotated every fortnightly for night shift.
